Single in the City?

November 07, 2016

San Francisco is a great city for singles, and below are suggestions for fun and free happening events in mid-November and over Thanksgiving weekend.

The final Embarcadero Sunday Streets for the season is scheduled for November 13 from 11:00 AM-4:00 PM. The route includes the northbound lanes of Embarcadero from Powell St. to Mission Bay Blvd North. Want to get involved? Email: programs@livablecity.org.

Save Thanksgiving night for #HellaSingle: San Francisco’s Only Comedy Show and Singles Mixer. Laugh it up, and stick around for the ‘90s “No Scrubs” dance party afterward. Thursday, November 24 at 8:00 PM. Admission is $10 at the door or free with RSVP, although donations are welcome. The Milk Bar, 1840 Haight Street.

Saturday, November 27 is a great day to check out the Etsy Indie Holiday Emporium. Admission is free, and you’ve got from 11:00 AM-5:00 PM to demolish that holiday gift list with creations from over 200 local artisans. The DogPatch, Pier 70, 420 22nd Street.
